It helped launch Worldcoin and continues to provide support to the Foundation, in addition to operating the World App.

About the Team:

The Business Operation team at Tools for Humanity is critical to solving key cross-departmental problems throughout the organization. It works on diverse problems across Product, Growth, Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, People, Economics, and more. In these projects, team members are key stakeholders, and often times the main party driving outcomes and owning results.

About the Role:

  • Manage several cross-departmental work streams concurrently
  • Collaborate closely with several departments to assist and solve challenging business problems
  • Help build process and tooling often times from scratch negotiating with third-parties
  • Bridge the gap between teams and act as thought-partner strategic conversations
  • Do whatever needs to be done

  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Effective communicator

  • Strong interest in cryptocurrencies
