The Operations & Manufacturing department at Tools for Humanity is responsible for all aspects of driving the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics,Physical Security, Field Operational Compliance, and Technical Support of our world-class hardware devices reaching billions of people globally. About the Opportunity:
The Global Logistics Manager will manage and optimize our global supply chain operations, ensuring efficient delivery of goods and materials across international borders.The Logistics Manager will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products. This role requires strategic planning, organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to problem-solve, and overseeing the implementation of effective logistics processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of the organization's supply chain.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight service providers to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms.
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with international trade laws.
- Use statistical and quantitative analysis to forecast inventory demands and transportation needs, ensuring resources are optimally allocated. Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to logistics operations.
- Plan and implement logistical strategies, analyze financial impact, and monitor logistics performance to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop strategies to overcome these issues, enhance performance, and reduce costs.

- Generate regular reports on logistics operations and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, market operations, and finance to coordinate logistics activities and implement holistic improvements across the supply chain.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise regarding order fulfillment, delivery, or transportation and resolve them in a timely manner.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics management or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with statistical and database software.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
