About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a hands-on Global Head of FP&A to lead our lean but very efficient 2 people team with.

In this role you will:

• Scale and lead a cross-border finance team, overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, accounting, compliance, and risk assessment.

• Develop and maintain annual, monthly, and rolling 12-month budgets, P&L, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring a strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers.

• Analyze business initiatives, product launches, and new service offerings to drive financial efficiency and growth.

• Oversee periodic closings, audits, and financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing external accounting relationships.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business execution.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Communicate strategic goals, financial plans, and results to the board, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Ensure effective management of cash, AR, AP, and token assets to meet financial objectives.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the crypto market and blockchain technology, leveraging insights to inform financial planning and budgeting.
  

About You:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in fast-paced, high-growth, and scale-up environments, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is a plus.

• Extensive experience in senior FP&A roles, ideally within a high-growth global organization.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic financial management.

• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate key insights to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Background in technology or financial services is a plus.

• Understanding of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology and the broader financial ecosystem is also a plus.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $220k - $260k plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
