The Role
We're hiring our Founding Revenue Operations Lead to build the revenue engine that will scale us from Series A to Series B and beyond. This is a true 0→1 opportunity: you'll own the entire revenue operations function, establish foundational systems and processes, and directly impact our go-to-market strategy during a critical growth phase.
You'll report directly to the COO and work cross-functionally with our Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams.
What You'll Do
- Create the single source of truth for pipeline, bookings, and revenue metrics 
- Build dashboards and reporting that give real-time visibility into sales performance 
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on conversion rates, deal velocity, and sales productivity 
- Build and refine our revenue forecasting, ARR and NRR models 
- Own territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modeling 
- Implement and manage sales tools and workflows 
- Support recruiting efforts for BDRs, AEs, and future revenue hires 
- Advise leadership on GTM strategy, pricing, and market positioning 
- Work with Marketing on lead generation, attribution, and campaign effectiveness 
- Partner with Customer Success on expansion and retention analytics 
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM analytics, Investment Banking or FP&A 
- Experience in fast paced environment: VC-backed B2B SaaS company or investment banking 
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Sheets 
Preferred
- Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles 
- Worked hands on with GTM and finance teams

- You have 2+ years of RevOps, FP&A or IB experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech environments 
- You're comfortable operating with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go 
- You move fast, iterate quickly, and don’t require perfect structure to operate effectively 
- You want to optimise for a career defining opportunity and work 5 days in person with a world class team

- You prefer clearly defined processes and established playbooks over building things from scratch 
- You're looking for a traditional RevOps role with a big team and budget 
- You need constant direction and struggle with ambiguity 
- You're not excited about learning new AI tools and finding creative ways to leverage them
