We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Head of Business Development & Partnerships, Asia to join our team!
- Develop and implement BD and partnership strategy aligned with regional business and growth objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Asia partners and oversee Asia partnership programs across affiliate, IB, institution, organization, offline marketing and other emerging partnership channels. Own the full lifecycle from opportunity identification, contract negotiation, partner onboarding to performance optimization.
- Proactively identify, pursue and close strategic long-term relationships with key partners, industry players, influencers, institutions, and organizations across the region.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decisions and opportunities.
- Equip partners with the tools and resources needed to drive acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Club, and Client-Facing teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Lead and participate in industry events, conferences and community convenings, ensuring eToro is visible and well-represented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification in business, finance, communications or a related discipline
- Around 5-7 years of relevant experience (open tor less, for exceptional candidates with proven track record)
- A strong network of relationships across Singapore and Asia financial sector, partnership, IB and finfluencer communities
- Strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter who works independently well, with a can-do attitude and out of the box thinking required for this role.
- Result-oriented, effective in multi-tasking hands-on, with the willingness to operate across strategy, execution and administrative detail where required
