Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager (CFD Trading) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of active trading clients by driving engagement, retention, and client acquisition. The role focuses on enhancing client experience, supporting trading activity, and strengthening long-term client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position serves as a key commercial and client-facing role supporting the firm’s growth within the competitive fintech brokerage landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to grow high-activity CFD trading clients in the Singapore office
- Drive new client acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, networking,referrals, industry events and partnerships.
- Proactively engage clients to improve retention and trading activity levels.
- Identify client needs and guide adoption of relevant platform features and products.
- Drive client activation, deposits, and ongoing trading participation through structured engagement.
Client Experience & Support Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement, platform usage, and account-related matters
- Provide platform education and non-advisory product guidance to enhance user experience.
- Gather client feedback and contribute insights to improve product and service offerings.
Compliance & Risk Awareness
- Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of client communications and engagement activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech brokerage, CFD/FX trading platforms, preferably in Singapore.
- Proven success in B2C and B2B business development.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while building a new market presence.
- Excellent communication of complex financial concepts, both written and verbal.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret client activity metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
