We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to manage the end-to-end workflow of a wide variety of global marketing projects. The role covers a broad range of marketing deliverables across both online and offline channels, including creative 360° campaigns, localizations, video and motion assets, digital content, and additional marketing materials.
This is a highly diverse, fast-paced role that provides a broad, holistic view of the marketing ecosystem, working closely with multiple teams, markets, and stakeholders around the world. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is comfortable operating across different marketing disciplines.

What will you be doing?
- Partner with various teams across the global marketing organization to support marketing needs and deliver a wide range of online and offline assets, such as landing pages, blog posts, banners, videos, and additional marketing materials.
- Own major marketing projects end to end, from planning and scheduling through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors worldwide to ensure high-quality, timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage workflows, timelines, dependencies, and priorities in a deadline-driven, multi-project environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing or project management within a marketing environment
- Previous experience working with an advertising agency (advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working with Monday.com (advantage)
