Role Summary

We’re looking for a passionate, curious, and impact-driven Mid-Level Product Manager to focus on eToro’s onboarding experience. This Product Onboarding Team is crucial to the customer journey, by helping new users move smoothly from first interaction to confident, active participation on the platform.

You’ll work on the end-to-end onboarding journey, with a strong focus on KYC flows, user experience, and product-led growth (PLG). Using discovery, experimentation, and data, you’ll continuously identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve activation, and create meaningful first experiences for millions of users worldwide.

What will you be doing?

  • Focus on impact first – tools, processes, and frameworks exist to serve outcomes
  • Develop deep product expertise in; User behavior and needs, Quantitative data and experimentation results, and Market trends and competitor onboarding strategies
  • Run continuous discovery through user research, data analysis, and qualitative insights
  • Translate insights into clear hypotheses, product MVPs, and experiments
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate ideas and optimize product performance
  • Partner closely with Product Analytics to define and track key onboarding metrics
  • Iterate quickly based on learnings, continuously improving conversion and activation
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships (engineering, design, data, compliance, operations) to deliver impactful solutions
  • Explore, evaluate, and leverage new tools that help improve experimentation, research, and delivery of product performance

Requirements

  • Ideally 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in progressive tech-first companies
  • Minimum 2 years of B2C product experience (or B2C-like products)
  • Strong product-first mindset with a bias toward learning and experimentation
  • Deep UX sensibility and genuine empathy for users
  • Excellent user research and discovery skills
  • Confidence working with data and making data-informed decisions
  • Solid understanding of product growth principles and methodologies
  • Proven experience driving growth through product-led strategies
  • Strong advantage: Prior experience owning or improving onboarding and/or KYC flows
