The eToro Club team is looking for a Customer Loyalty Marketing Specialist.

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will closely collaborate with the eToro Loyalty Club Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day marketing tasks, assisting in creating Club content and collaborating with different departments to develop and shape Club campaigns.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative individual. You will support our efforts to enhance the transparency of Club offers and insights and create compelling messaging via the Club Marketing channels. This position is an opportunity to grow in the FinTech industry within the eToro Loyalty Club.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and/or oversee acquisition and retention marketing strategies based on predetermined goals.
  • Undertake marketing initiatives to achieve business targets, increase client engagement and promote relationships across various channels and projects (Emails, Internal social feed, Intercom etc.).
  • Work with the Marketing Automation Team to create new emails, push notifications, and in-app messages for campaigns and automated journeys.
  • Measure success with the Loyalty Marketing Manager and work together to provide insights based on analytics.
  • Report to the Loyalty Marketing Manager, oversee internal tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work with the in-house creative team (design and content) to test new creative and optimize marketing communications.
  • Produce high-quality content campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Online Marketing related roles -or- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • ‘Can do’ approach, performance and data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • A self-starter, proactive and flexible; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding project management skills, demonstrated by the ability to coordinate between multiple interfaces.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, high execution standards, and a master of research.
  • Collaborative, team player, comfortable with a dynamic working environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Google Workspace.

Helpful to Have

  • Experience in creating content and collaborating with different departments.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; being a native English speaker is a big advantage.
  • Ability to produce high-quality content campaigns.
