We have an opportunity for an AML Compliance Analyst to join our friendly dynamic team for a fixed term period of 9 months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Transaction monitoring - reviewing alerts and conducting investigations
- Writing and filing suspicious activity reports
- Support and organize responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, law enforcement requests, and/or audit requests
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Maintain department policies and procedures
- Track and manage remediation of findings and recommendations from examinations and audits
- Trade surveillance of customer brokerage activity
- Employee trade surveillance (importance growing due to increased number of real trading accounts being offered to US employees and in preparation for IPO)
- Support management with reporting and administration of its risk/compliance committees and Board of Directors meetings
- Manage the Firm’s Identity Theft Prevention Program (ITPP)
- Support complaint identification and regulatory filing processes
- Projects and any additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- 2- 3 years of experience within FinCrime/AML as an analyst.
- Strong transaction monitoring and CDD/EDD/KYC background
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines and targets
- A can-do positive approach and solution-finder
- Able to communicate effectively across a range of global teams and stakeholders across both 1LOD and 2LOD
- Organized and structured able to manage priorities appropriately
- Comfortable with data analysis with competent Excel and other Microsoft Office / Google suit skills.
- Remote working (Hoboken office)
Salary range $80,000 - 95,000
