We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Customer Support Operations Specialist to join our team!
What will you be doing?
- Provide answers to customers via emails or phone calls by identifying problems and assisting with incoming inquiries
- Educating clients on how to use our app and website trading platforms
- Communicating with clients regarding the company's new CO features or new limitations
- Assisting other departments with queries they might have
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries or issues ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Have an intimate knowledge of the product features and the ability to effectively help customers and troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Identify and address customers' needs and proactively suggest solutions to improve their experience with our services
- Work closely with the Payment team to timely respond to customer needs
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years in customer success/support or a similar role, preferably in the FinTech industry
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- German language will be considered an advantage (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
