We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our team!

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee office maintenance, including managing relationships with vendors, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies
  • Monitoring travels of employees visiting our offices
  • Coordinate employee development and welfare activities
  • Assist in managing office budgets, expenses, and invoices.
  • Maintaining purchase orders for finance payments to be done
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office, ensuring that information is shared timely and accurately with employees
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and external partners

Requirements

  • Part- time role - 3 days per week, mornings only
  • English at mother tongue level
  • Capacity to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as an Office Administrator or receptionist
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
