As the sole Product Marketing Group Lead, you will-

  • Manage a team of product marketers who oversees our product marketing initiatives.
  • Be the voice of the customer.
  • Focus on go-to-market planning, product and feature adoption, and competitive research.
  • Take an active part in steering the direction of our fintech products, ensuring they meet the market demands and exceed user expectations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Direct a small yet growing team of skilled, cross-functional product marketers, user researchers, and content strategists in planning and executing product marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Oversee and refine go-to-market strategies, collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive and effective product launch.
  • App content writing: Oversee the process and content writers to ensure that all screen text is written clearly for our customers to understand.
  • User Research: Lead robust user research efforts to uncover deep insights into customer behaviors and needs, influencing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Competitive analysis: Providing insights on competitor apps, user experiences, offerings, and business models.
  • Marketing team liaison: Collaborate with the marketing team on top-of-funnel product engagement with prospective customers on all things product.
  • Data-Driven Strategies: Craft compelling user journeys informed by data to enhance product adoption and improve conversion rates. Apply analytical rigor to pinpoint and pursue growth opportunities.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle, influencing critical product decisions and promoting design thinking within the team.
  • Hands-on Competency: We all do the work when needed, it’s our go-to driven mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven B2C Product Marketing Expertise: 6 years and a strong background in product marketing within relevant sectors, with a track record of successful market penetration and product growth.
  • Proven Management Background: 3+ years in managing cross functional or product marketing teams.
  • Analytical and Research Proficiency: Exceptional user research and data analysis skills, with a knack for translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Entrepreneurial Experience: An advantage.
  • Cross-Cultural and Multilingual Fluency: Excellent command of both English and Hebrew. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across diverse cultural landscapes.
  • Collaborative and Dynamic: Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects across different time zones.
  • Results-Driven: Focused on achieving strategic goals through data-driven decision-making and KPI achievement.
  • Deep Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of capital markets, with a passion for leveraging this knowledge in product marketing.
