Being part of our team, you will:

- Lead and own the user experience, user interaction and visual design of digital platforms across the entire platform lifecycle and multiple launches.

- Develop ideas, concept design, wireframes and information architecture.

- Rapidly produce multiple concept designs and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and

prototypes.

- Develop and maintain a design system that will be applied across business units, initiatives, and platforms.

- Collaborate with teams in cross-functional units to gather data and input, and align design strategy and functionalities in order to execute your design vision.

- Contribute to defining how we work together, and how we build a great product & brand Create an intuitive and elegant interfaces

• 3+ years of industry experience and designed a real product (that you can show)
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing the design process behind the pixel-perfect outcomes. Being able to design aesthetically pleasing artifacts as tangible
• outcomes is fundamental. However, what matters most is the thought and process behind the pretty pixels.
• High-level visual design, layout, composition, and aesthetic skills
• Fluency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and current web design standards
• Ability to move fast, get things done, and most importantly be able to adapt to change in all forms.
• Super energetic & enthusiastic team worker, with great communication skills
