We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a KYC Administrator to join our team!

What will you be doing?

Perform Initial Customer Due Diligence on clients’ accounts - Check onboarding documents, in order to verify accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures

Perform clients negative database screening through software such as World-Check and resolve/investigate the possible hits

Ongoing monitoring of client Know Your Customer documentation

Assisting the Risk and AML departments with review and monitoring of accounts

Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks

Maintaining accurate records of tasks

Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various channels such as phone, email, or chat

Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns

Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication

Requirements

  • Will be required to work shifts
  • Computer Proficient a must
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in CDD/KYC in a regulated environment
  • Experience in Clients Screening - advantage
  • English at mother-tongue level – other languages advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and focused
  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
  • AML and Compliance Oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
