What will you be doing?

  • Providing extraordinary service aligned with the company’s culture and values
  • Discussing financial markets and factors in a clear manner with clients
  • Retention service to clients via telephone and email
  • Being an ambassador in carrying out the company’s vision and products
  • Continually create opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships leading to an increase in client retention
  • Participating in company and industry events across APAC


  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written form.
  • Efficiently managing time to prioritize tasks, follow up with opportunities, and conversations within specified timelines.
  • Be able to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company strategies to remain competitive.
  • Strong retention and service orientation.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken (this is as the role requires communication in both languages to clients).
  • BA in Finance/Economics/business management from a well-known establishment.
  • 1+ years of experience in the Financial industry, particularly in Sales or Account Management, and familiarity with financial markets, equity and cryptocurrencies etc.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, and/or CRM.
  • CMFAS Certificates M1, M3, M6, and M6A would be advantageous.

This role will be located in Singapore. Candidates must have full working rights in Singapore.
