About the Role

We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic team player to join the OD and Learning team for a temp role - at least 6 months (maternity leave replacement). In this role, you will take part in building, and rolling out learning and development programs globally and cross-organizational development initiates, exploring and implementing L&D best practices and delivering relevant solutions for the different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of organizational development programs such as Reviews, continuous listening practices, engagement, and learning surveys
  • Roll out global and local leadership development programs and offsite sessions
  • Take part in building, facilitating, coordinating, and implementing learning activities (F2F and remotely) in the different departments and sites to support the diverse needs and our culture.
  • This includes: needs analysis, defining budget requirements, creating learning plans and solutions, developing content, executing and monitoring the plans and measuring their effectiveness
  • Training content - work with key stakeholders internally and externally to best utilize and share their knowledge and to build learning solutions
  • Track and analyze people, processes, programs, and budget-related data and provide meaningful insights
  • Be constantly updated and apply L&D market trends and best practice
  • Work and collaborate with local and global vendors & trainers
  • Assist and be a subject matter expert to the HR team, employees and managers in support of organizational development and learning needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience in planning, executing, and facilitating organizational development programs and learning solutions with various interfaces in a global tech company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Hebrew and English
  • Strong at driving different stakeholders to action, in a global environment
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Fluent in English - written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Learning Technologies/Social Science/Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
  • Digital platforms savvy
  • Strong Office / Google workspace skills, especially with Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides
