We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a KYC Administrator - Customer Service to join our team!

What will you be doing?

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various channels such as phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues
  • Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  • Perform clients negative database screening through software such as ComplyAdvantage and resolve/investigate the possible hits
  • Perform Initial Customer Due Diligence on clients’ accounts
  • Check onboarding documents, in order to verify accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records of tasks

Requirements

  • Will be required to work shifts
  • English at mother-tongue level – other languages advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented and focused
  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
  • Computer Proficient a must
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in CDD/KYC in a regulated environment
  • Experience in Clients Screening - advantage
  • AML and Compliance Oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must be living in Cyprus - This is not a relocation position
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
