What will you be doing?

The BizOps Process Manager will lead our team of system analysts to ensure the optimal performance of eToro's systems and applications in areas such as customer service, trading, finance, and more. This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of software solutions to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, technological background, project management, and leadership.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system analysts. Set clear team goals and KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a spirit of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
  • System Analysis and Design: Oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems to meet business requirements. Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to delivery, including timeline, scope, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and gather business requirements
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Change management: Minimizing resistance, maximizing engagement, and ensuring that changes are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Guide how we prepare, equip, and support team members to successfully adopt change to drive organizational success and outcomes
  • Design Thinking: Listen, observe, and empathize with business needs, aspirations, concerns, and frustrations as they pertain to CRM and integrated technologies. Collaboratively define problems and ideate in problem-solving. Through research and development, experimentation, prototyping, and testing, ensure new features and capabilities are easy to use and solve business problems effectively
  • Business Needs: Understand how internal and external users interact with the CRM (Salesforce) and the value they gain from it. Identify and document product fixes, modifications, and new features requested or observed as needed or wanted
  • Process Definition: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help define and encourage best practices across business and system workflow processes. Establish a cadence for regular stakeholder discovery meetings. As much as possible, promote cross-campus and cross-system consistency regarding CRM structure and processes
  • Product Knowledge: Continuous learning for all aspects of and around the CRM in its current implementation, history, and unrealized potential. Understand the difference between configuration-based and customization-based solutions and the implications of each one

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analyst/product management leadership role
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Previously performed the role of a product manager, is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player who autonomously manages and prioritizes his work
  • Flexible - Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong technical aptitude - Able to drive technically complex projects for the CRM and be responsible for turning that complexity into a simple user experience
  • Innovative thinking - Demonstrates a passion for innovation and solving problems with technology. Works daily to help plan coordinate, communicate, design, mock, test, and iterate on the different systems and platform
  • Strong communicator - Addresses all audiences using different methods focusing on long-term clarity. Actively listens and gains insight, then translates it into compelling stories.
