We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build the processes and applications that will allow our sales leadership to run on autopilot.

Aviva is a Mexico City-based fintech startup building a “phygital” bank with a laser focus on the needs of underserved, non-metropolitan communities in LatAm. Our AI-powered nano-branches are managed by sales reps all over Mexico, and provide access to premium financial products within a conversational 5-minute onboarding experience.

In your role you will superpower the culture, abilities and performance of our sales teams, so they excel at building a bridge towards financial inclusion in their communities. Using no-code apps and cutting-edge experience design, you will develop three core platforms:

Aviva Performance Manager

  • Ensure the sales team is always aware of and driven by their key metrics.
  • Create gamification and incentive plans.
  • Provide standardized and automated feedback based on metrics.
  • Calculate and communicate benchmarks, projections, and bonuses.

Preferred: You have designed performance-enhancing incentive plans and sales competitions.

Aviva Virtual Sales Community & Arena

  • Build a competitive yet collaborative community of hundreds of Aviva salespeople across Mexico.
  • Launch and manage sales competitions and rankings.
  • Encourage salespeople to share videos of their successes and daily activities.
  • Make sales go viral within our community.

Preferred: You have built experiences using the latest virtual (reality) technologies.

Aviva Sales School

  • Create a virtual onboarding program and a sales school consisting of interactive content and live classes.
  • Develop a process for regular "check-ins" to ensure the team stays up-to-date on methods and processes.

Preferred: You have built effective learning and training operations.

The role and the process of creating these applications includes:

  1. Initially managing the processes manually to understand daily dynamics.
  2. Building parts of the processes with "no-code" automation tools like Hubspot, Slack, and G-Suite (and connecting them with other "no-code" integrations).
  3. Defining detailed requirements and co-leading the execution of custom applications with our software engineering teams.
