As part of the Regulatory Product team, you will work directly on regulatory solutions, implementing Suade’s product with clients and contributing to regulatory change initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build deep expertise in regulatory reporting, RegTech products, and financial regulation within a fast-growing technology company.
You will work closely with clients, product managers, and engineers to help deliver regulatory reporting solutions and ensure our product remains accurate, relevant, and up to date as regulations evolve
Responsibilities
As a member of the Regulatory Product team, you will:
- Support client-facing implementation projects, helping define business requirements (new products, new regulations) and assisting clients with data mapping to the FIRE data schema
- Work directly on regulatory solutions, either implementing Suade’s product with clients or supporting regulatory change by helping design and build new reporting functionality
- Develop a strong understanding of one or more regulatory reporting areas (Liquidity, Capital, Market Risk or FINREP) across the EU and UK
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure Suade’s regulatory logic and reporting remains compliant and current
- Provide subject-matter input into the logic used to populate regulatory returns, working closely with engineers and senior regulatory specialists
- Support internal teams by helping investigate and resolve regulatory or data-related queries
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of client and internal documentation and training materials
- Help elevate Suade’s presence in the regulatory space by supporting sales, marketing, and client engagements where regulatory knowledge is required
A strong interest in financial regulation, regulatory reporting, and RegTech, with the desire to develop deep expertise in this area through hands-on experience
A relevant degree (e.g. Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar) — recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Willingness and ability to learn how to interpret and apply regulatory rules across areas such as capital, liquidity, leverage, balance sheet, credit risk, or market risk as part of the role
Basic understanding of banking products (Loans, Securities, Derivatives, etc.) or a strong motivation to develop this knowledge on the job
High proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience working with data, analysis, or data mapping through academic projects, internships, or early-career roles
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and ask the right questions when learning new topics
Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
