The role of the IT Support Specialist is key to maintaining, upgrading and managing our internal IT systems and supporting clients with deployments and troubleshooting of our software, customer-centric SaaS platforms and API as well. You will use your resourcefulness to ensure that our internal and external IT systems run smoothly and efficiently whilst diagnosing and resolving problems quickly and diligently. In addition, you will lead in documenting our IT systems and build up a knowledge base of documentation and FAQs to scale the function. You will work with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users, both internal and external, so patience and good written and verbal communication are key. Candidates who are likely to succeed in this role will be quick learners, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
