Our graduate scheme is an 18-month full-time programme designed to equip candidates with the skills they need to successfully develop the next generation of RegTech solutions. About The Programme

The programme consists of 2 rotations depending on skillset and the needs of the business. These include:

• RegTech Customer Success
• RegTech Analyst

Regtech Customer Success

• As part of the Customer Support Team, you will be an integral part of the client post-sale experience and be the first line of contact with our clients, solving their information queries and providing workarounds when necessary.
• Redirect suspected bugs and provide our product teams with comprehensive information to facilitate a rapid resolution.
• Maintain the knowledge base of common problems, Q&A and recommendations.

RegTech Analyst

• The RegTech analyst is at the core of our product implementations and is key to achieving the continuous growth of our business.
• We believe RegTech analysts are a rare breed, they are as comfortable interacting with clients as they are solving data mapping issues or reading regulations.
• Whether you are a finance graduate with an interest in technology or a developer with an interest in banking and regulation, we would like to have a chat.

• Strong finance or accounting knowledge. You understand what products a bank carries on its balance sheet and how these products work (deposits, mortgages, bonds etc).
• Excel skills are essential. You know how to navigate Excel and manipulate data with ease (formulas and pivot tables).
• Excellent English verbal/listening and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. You’ll need to be able to clearly communicate your ideas in both written and spoken form.
• You're the sort of person who's not afraid of a challenge and can keep pushing forward through road blocks.
• Python knowledge is a plus. You’ve either taken an online course or implemented a personal project.
