We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead the Sales Team of Solution Engineers, focusing on customers within the DeFi, Gaming/IoT, and Enterprise sectors. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team's success, optimizing business development opportunities, and expanding our company's reach within the crypto industry.

The US salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $210,000. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation package includes RSU's and benefits.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, such as the complexity and responsibility of the role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.


  • Lead and inspire the Solution Engineering team, driving business development initiatives and fostering growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

  • Identify new avenues for business expansion and revenue generation within the DeFi, Gaming/IoT, and Enterprise sectors by leveraging expertise in the Web3 ecosystem.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the DeFi, Gaming/IoT, and Enterprise sectors.

  • Utilize your extensive network to forge partnerships with clients and entities in the target sectors.

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to contribute to the formulation and execution of the company's business plan and overall strategy.

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

  • Employ negotiation skills to secure and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and driving revenue growth.

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of effectively finalizing agreements within the specified salary band.

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments within the DeFi, Gaming/IoT, and Enterprise sectors, continually enhancing your understanding of market dynamics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant ecosystem and business development experience, with a preference for management roles.

  • Demonstrate an exceptional track record of developing partnerships, particularly within the web2 and web3 sectors.

  • Previous engagement in ecosystem-building activities for crypto projects is essential.

  • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including Layer 1 & 2 protocols and ecosystem funds, and the ability to navigate its intricacies.

  • Proficiency in SQL databases, enabling comprehension of technical aspects of the company's offerings.

  • Exhibit a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth, showcasing strategic and tactical acumen in negotiation.

  • Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Display an entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the ability to think strategically.
