About the Role:

As a engineering manager for banking team, you’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing and enhancing our platform to support banks.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the vision, roadmaps, prioritizations, and technical architecture of the banking services that supports ingestion and processing of bank data

• Be hands-on leader providing guidance to team to move fast

• Empower your team to own and solve complex problems from end-to-end while keeping the engineering excellence

• Work with different stakeholders to align on strategy and execution.

What you'll need:

• 7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer

• 3+ years of experience managing or leading team

• Experience working in banks or similar domain

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Track records of successfully delivering high-impact production services

• Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results

• Experience managing high-functioning remote team with autonomy

• Golang experience is a plus
