Main KPIs:

This role is directly related to driving revenue via channel partnerships and will be evaluated on:

  1. Target number of leads generated through signed referral partners

  2. Revenue generated from referrals

  3. Time from signing a partner to them generating leads/referrals

You will:

  • Conduct thorough account research, identify key stakeholders, discover pain points, and engage with prospects via various channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, and social media.

  • Manage inbound leads and conduct discovery calls for new customers.

  • Schedule, conduct, and qualify discovery calls with prospects, overseeing all interactions with our channel partners, ensuring their familiarity with Sardine's offerings and keeping them informed on new features and products.

  • Identify new opportunities with channel partners to foster mutually beneficial outcomes related to revenue generation, brand building, and awareness.

  • Cultivate day-to-day relationships with existing and new channel partners.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to seamlessly transition outbound and inbound leads.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the delivery of existing collateral, content, and demos to Partners in a scalable manner.

  • Drive collaborative opportunities to reach target customers through webinars, conferences, and other events.

An ideal candidate has:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business/Sales Development role within the risk, fraud, payments, compliance, and financial services domain.

  • In-depth understanding of financial institutions and the FinTech landscape.

  • Proficiency on outbound sales process and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Close, Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin, and other sales tools).

  • Strong time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Process orientation: Demonstrated ability to prospect potential clients effectively for scheduling meetings.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%) to attend conferences for prospecting and relationship-building purposes.

  • Language proficiency: Professional working proficiency in speaking Portuguese or Spanish (Nice to have).

  • Comfort and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, given our rapid growth trajectory.

Compensation: $140k - $200k OTE including $80k - $100k base + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
