Main KPIs:
This role is directly related to driving revenue via channel partnerships and will be evaluated on:
Target number of leads generated through signed referral partners
Revenue generated from referrals
Time from signing a partner to them generating leads/referrals
You will:
Conduct thorough account research, identify key stakeholders, discover pain points, and engage with prospects via various channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, and social media.
Manage inbound leads and conduct discovery calls for new customers.
Schedule, conduct, and qualify discovery calls with prospects, overseeing all interactions with our channel partners, ensuring their familiarity with Sardine's offerings and keeping them informed on new features and products.
Identify new opportunities with channel partners to foster mutually beneficial outcomes related to revenue generation, brand building, and awareness.
Cultivate day-to-day relationships with existing and new channel partners.
Collaborate with Account Executives to seamlessly transition outbound and inbound leads.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the delivery of existing collateral, content, and demos to Partners in a scalable manner.
Drive collaborative opportunities to reach target customers through webinars, conferences, and other events.
An ideal candidate has:
4+ years of experience in a Business/Sales Development role within the risk, fraud, payments, compliance, and financial services domain.
In-depth understanding of financial institutions and the FinTech landscape.
Proficiency on outbound sales process and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Close, Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin, and other sales tools).
Strong time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Process orientation: Demonstrated ability to prospect potential clients effectively for scheduling meetings.
Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%) to attend conferences for prospecting and relationship-building purposes.
Language proficiency: Professional working proficiency in speaking Portuguese or Spanish (Nice to have).
Comfort and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, given our rapid growth trajectory.
Compensation: $140k - $200k OTE including $80k - $100k base + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
