Role Description:
This is a full-time, remote role for a Partner Manager - Strategic Partnerships and Channel Growth. The Partner Manager will identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners and channel allies, including HR tech platforms, payroll providers, Web3 ecosystems, and other complementary solutions. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day partner relationships, developing joint go-to-market plans, coordinating co-marketing campaigns, and tracking performance against shared revenue and growth targets. The role involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations to design partner packages, streamline partner enablement, and resolve issues that impact partner satisfaction and retention. The Partner Manager will also analyze partner performance, maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data, and provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to build, nurture, and grow long-term partner and channel relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in Strategic Partnerships, including sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret partner performance data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions on partner strategy and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or HR/payroll technology, preferably in a global or multi-currency environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting while collaborating effectively across time zones and functions.
- Comfort working with CRM and partnership management tools, and familiarity with building and tracking partner pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience partnering with or selling into finance, HR, legal, compliance, or Web3-focused organizations is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience in payroll, HCM, HR technology, EOR, PEO, workforce management, fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency industries.
- Knowledge of digital asset ecosystems, stablecoin payment solutions, and emerging fintech trends.
- Experience managing channel, referral, reseller, technology, or strategic alliance partnerships.
- Familiarity with API partnerships, embedded solutions, and white-label business models.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.

Compensation:
$120,000 OTE consists of competitive base salary plus performance-based variable compensation tied to partner-generated pipeline, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and channel expansion.
