Our platform helps businesses detect suspicious activity, optimize transaction monitoring, and streamline compliance processes to reduce regulatory risk.

About the Role

We’re looking for a legal or compliance professional who’s ready to transition into tech sales — someone who understands the realities of AML and compliance from experience and is excited to help institutions solve those problems through technology.

This is not your typical sales role. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, helping financial institutions diagnose pain points and discover how Regfyl can help streamline compliance, reduce fraud exposure, and meet regulatory obligations.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage prospective financial institutions (banks, fintechs, MFBs) with a consultative, insight-led approach
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customers' compliance setups, gaps, and risk exposure
  • Present Regfyl’s platform and use cases in a way that connects with the customer’s regulatory realities
  • Educate prospects on AML obligations, enforcement trends, and how Regfyl addresses them
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor demos and proposals
  • Support the full sales cycle from first contact to contract close
  • Track activity in CRM and maintain up-to-date sales pipeline records

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 3–7 years of experience in legal, risk, or compliance roles (AML, regulatory reporting, CDD, etc.)
  • Deep working knowledge of AML frameworks, CBN/SEC/NFIU regulatory requirements, and common compliance workflows
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in solving complex problems with technology — no coding experience required
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
  • A strong sense of curiosity, ownership, and mission alignment

Bonus If You Have:

  • Prior experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role
  • Experience dealing with regulators or audit reviews
  • Exposure to RegTech platforms or compliance software
  • Strong writing or public speaking skills
