What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling customer queries via email and live chat
- Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions
- Ensuring a smooth, positive user experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to share user feedback
- Conducting outbound calls for user research and insights

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Patience, professionalism, and ability to stay calm under pressure
