Nym is launching its flagship B2C product, NymVPN, and seeks a dynamic Senior PPC Specialist to lead our paid marketing initiatives. This role is key to establishing Nym as a leader in privacy solutions, focusing on innovative campaign strategies and effective customer acquisition.
Job Description
As the Senior PPC Specialist, you will be instrumental in creating, planning, and executing PPC campaigns that drive engagement and sales. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively within the marketing department to ensure the scalability and effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Autonomously plan and forecast PPC activities, ensuring alignment with Nym’s business objectives.
- Ensure the highest quality of campaign setups and promotional materials, maintaining rigorous standards of data integrity.
- Oversee multi-team projects, designing and executing sophisticated PPC campaign logic.
- Prioritize tasks proactively, ensuring timely alignment on deadlines and deliverables, while also providing guidance to junior team members.
- Monitor daily performance across all campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and platform-specific interfaces.
- Deliver clear, impactful reporting on campaign metrics regularly and on-demand, tailoring analysis and presentations to meet stakeholder needs.
- Keep abreast of the latest PPC and marketing trends, applying them to our strategies and sharing knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Key Experience
- Professional experience working in the privacy industry is preferred: VPN’s, Cyber, Network Security etc or for a company with a great PPC performance.
- 3+ years of advanced experience in managing PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Bing.
- Profound understanding of digital marketing metrics and the relationships between them.
- Exceptional knowledge of conversion setups, tracking configurations, and data analysis in GA4, including advanced filtering and explorations.
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently, as part of a team, and in leading cross-functional projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex, and global PPC campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with key vendors and stakeholders.
