Founded in 2020 to solve FATF’s Crypto Travel Rule, Notabene SafeTransact product is an easy-to-use platform that empowers customers to identify and stop high-risk crypto activity before it occurs. We’re rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to prospect, qualify, and close high-value enterprise clients. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and driving the sales process from lead identification, outreach, and qualification to close within a defined territory. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to have a large impact on some of the most innovative fintechs and crypto companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—regulations are evolving and market demand is sky-high for new financial products. You will be a trusted partner to crypto companies’ and fintechs’ compliance and business operations teams. You will work closely with the Notabene leadership team, solving challenging and urgent problems for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with varied customer types
  • Own the sales process, including: sourcing, initial discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, target customers, and changes as they relate to your territory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client proposals and technical demonstrations
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Notabene products and services
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Participate in user conferences and industry events on behalf of Notabene and our partners
  • Travel to clients and conferences, as required, to expand Notabene's presence in the market.

Must Haves

  • A minimum of 6 years in technology-related enterprise SaaS sales or business development, particularly within Financial Institutions, FinTech, or RegTech sectors, and with 2 years minimum selling into the crypto industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to deeply understand customer needs and tailor solutions to drive successful outcomes.
  • You are entrepreneurial, thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, and are committed to continuous learning.
  • Ability to sell in French or German.
