You will sit between the Growth and Treasury teams to highlight signals and make suggestions. Examples could be a plan based on desk research on a competitor or an adjustment based on an alert you created on a dashboard tracking foreign exchange volume.

Your background will be at a company where pricing is important and they do it well. You will be able to highlight this in your CV and emphasise it in your interviews.

This is a new role created and the first of its kind so you have the chance to set best practices according to your vision. We want you to take responsibility away from others and encourage you to lead.

⭐️ Responsibilities:

• Review pricing performance, FX sourcing health, and payout provider health
• Provide input into pricing tools roadmap
• Monitor and adjust rates for each currency corridor, by monitoring changes in pricing position, competitor movements, and volumes.
• Create experiments and document learnings
