Are you interested in joining our dynamic fully-remote team at the Merit Circle DAO? We are constantly in search of new talent to join our Marketing team, playing a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts in managing strategies and campaigns of Merit Circle & Beam, its game partners and studio projects.

We are in search of candidates with experience in a marketing role in the video games industry and ideally with web3 experience. As a member of the Marketing team, you will play an important role in managing and executing day-to-day marketing tasks, supporting campaign strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced company at the forefront of web3 gaming, working with the most innovative teams in the game industry.

For this role, we require candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the video games industry and a proven track record in web3 marketing. You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing content, managing social media channels, and coordinating marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. We are on the lookout for creative thinkers with strong analytical skills, capable of measuring campaign success and iterating based on data-driven insights. Additionally, we value individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Your day-to-day activities as a team-member in Marketing can include:

  • Manage marketing calendars, keeping track of schedules, deadlines and project progress.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide support with the marketing efforts for our game partners and studio projects.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and communications.
  • Support with social media account management - including content scheduling, posting and basic analytics.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Monitor, track and report on marketing campaign performance and metrics.
  • Provide support with other marketing assignments as required.
