- Support vendor onboarding and renewals for Engineering Operations, ensuring budget approval is in place and helping to build business cases for new tools and services.
- Support the Engineering Ops Director in managing the engineering-wide budget, providing financial insights, tracking spend trends, and renewal timelines.
- Draft, maintain, and socialise engineering-wide operational policies, acting as a quality gatekeeper for documentation and audit readiness.
- Coordinate the review and governance of high-level engineering policies, ensuring they remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
A little about you:
- Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) standards and practices, with experience leading impact assessments, recovery planning, and simulations.
