We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to Ledger by implementing best practices in recruiting strategy to meet hiring demands across multiple business units. You will be primarily dedicated to the Go-to-Market and Corporate functions (People, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Communication, Product Management etc.).
The mission :
- Handle the recruitment cycle full process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing recruitment ;
- Drive implementation and execution of best practices in recruiting strategy ;
- Proactively uncover and implement creative ways to identify and recruit top talents ;
- Use all sourcing tools, including social media platforms to connect with talent pools;
- Identify client needs, provide expertise, and drive a recruitment strategy in client consultation ;
- Provide a 5 stars seamless candidates and hiring managers experience ;
- Sell the Ledger Employer Brand and value proposition ;
- Handle the onboarding process with the rest of the TA team (run the onboarding days and set up mid & long-term actions)
What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition role, in a fast-paced and growing environment ;
- Ability to handle complex hiring, in an international environment (France, USA, UK, Singapore, Switzerland etc.) and for niche roles ;
- Strong experience in handling the end-to-end process for a great variety of roles in terms of content and level ;
- Great ability to communicate, manage stakeholders’ expectations and to position itself as a business advisor ;
- Whether dealing with you candidates, your team, or partners you support, demonstrating strong client relationship skills, including proficiency prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflows ;
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills ;Excellent level of English (written and spoken), as the position requires to work for several markets
- Strong appetite for blockchain and crypto environment
