Position Overview

By joining Jiko’s CEO’s Office as a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy, you’ll contribute to the planning and execution of Jiko’s most important strategic initiatives to support the company’s continued growth. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and works closely with our executive leadership team. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, and be able to move fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational work. You’ll enjoy this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally across teams, and helping drive execution on high-priority initiatives.

What you will be doing

  • Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across the company
  • Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, business modeling, and development of materials for leadership, investors, and the Board
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to strengthen Jiko’s operating cadence, including company OKRs, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and leadership reporting
  • Develop financial models, market analyses, and business cases to support new growth verticals and strategic projects
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and help design systems and processes that improve execution velocity across the team

What experience you should have

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/business operations at a high-growth startup
  • Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, including coordinating stakeholders across teams, driving project plans and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects from concept through execution
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or banking is a plus
  • Experience evaluating or deploying AI and automation tools to improve organizational productivity is a plus
