The Crown Is Yours
As an Associate Product Manager, you will help create and guide a cohesive, high-impact strategy for building Marketing Data Science products. Projects will include building DS solutions to support marketing initiatives across CRM, External Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams. Working across our Data Science engineering squads, delivery teams, product analytics, and a wide set of stakeholders, you will understand the trajectory of the business and translate business needs into product roadmaps to deliver large and impactful Data Science and ML products. What you’ll do as an Associate Product Manager
Work closely with a Senior Product manager to assist in the creation and prioritization of the Data Science product strategy and roadmap for the integration of Data Science within Marketing at DraftKings
Collaborate with Product Managers and Analytics across the organization to stay ahead of changes that impact the data science organization and preemptively address those potential problems
Ensure execution runs smoothly within the Data Science engineering and scrum teams and across partner teams, breaking down the roadmap into the product backlog, supporting user stories, acceptance criteria, and creating interaction models to stay on track
Collaborate with analytics teams to create data-driven strategies and A/B tests based on analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
What you will bring
At least 2+ years in an analytics role or another product management role driving successful product development and delivery.
Passion for driving results and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Experience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage projects.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 81,100.00 USD - 101,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
