We are in search of an Assistant Producer (Commercial Production) Co-op to work on a world class creative and production team! What you'll do as an Assistant Producer (Commercial Production) Co-op:
Collaborate with Producers/Project Managers to help intake new requests, scheduling, resourcing projects, and making sure all project key dates are met.
Help maintain master production status doc by adding new projects (key dates, internal links) and keeping all relevant project information up to date.
Assist with department related tasks (reviewing historical spots/department information and summarizing for future reference. I.e total commercials made per quarter, talent count per spot, music licensed).
Help maintain production storage and inventory tracker in the Boston office.
Assist the Lead Producers with all aspects of large scale productions throughout pre-production, production, and post-production (i.e researching concepts, compiling team travel, sourcing props, attending supervised edit/color-correct/record-mixes, helping track invoices, assisting in filling out completion reports, QC’ing final files).
Opportunity to be on set/location to help execute shoot day (in DK Boston office studio or on location locally in Boston). Intake any props/wardrobe from set and manage the production inventory/storage closet.
Partner with the creative team and DK’s internal editor/motion graphics artist to gather any assets (music/stock footage/Logos/legal disclaimers) as needed. Share posting links in DK’s project management software (Wrike). Help QC all files before delivery.
Help upload Final Spots to Source/DK’s show reel.
What you’ll bring:
Proficient with GSuite such as google drive, docs, sheets
Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere) not necessary, but a plus.
Familiarity with cameras/dslrs, lighting, audio capturing not necessary, but a plus.
Strong attention to detail and data management skills

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.00 USD - 20.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
