The Crown Is Yours

As an Associate Delivery Manager, you'll drive project and roadmap activities, evaluate progress, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you'll lead small, dedicated teams focused on continuous improvement. You will fully embrace agile principles, utilizing innovative techniques and programs to facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and sprints. You'll ensure collaboration, accountability, and transparency while removing impediments and enhancing communication. Your role includes defining requirements, explaining feasibility, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do as an Associate Delivery Manager

  • Lead development teams in agile principles, ensuring collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.

  • Update agile tracking systems for Product & Sprint backlog transparency.

  • Enhance internal and external communication for better transparency.

  • Help teams make commitments through story selection and task definition.

  • Establish reporting processes to analyze project progress, risks, and issues.

  • Communicate project status and risks, ensuring stakeholder accountability and timely escalation of issues.

  • Collaborate with team leads and business stakeholders to define requirements and explain feasibility.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience

  • Previous experience playing the Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong mediation and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Lean, Kanban.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and unify with diverse personality types and communication styles.
