The Crown Is Yours
The VIP Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights, power fact-based decision making across the business, and enable our VIP team to operate more effectively. In this role, you will partner closely with our VIP Acquisition team, which is responsible for identifying and building relationships with high-value customers. You will equip our customer-facing team members with data and insights to help them identify and allocate their time to the highest-value opportunities. Through cross-functional collaboration, model building, and analytical deep dives, your work will help power the strategy and operations of our VIP engine.
What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, VIP Acquisition
Build out testing agendas, datasets, and model frameworks for the identification and treatment of potential VIP customers.
Define measurable goals and create dashboards to monitor the performance of key customer success metrics.
Partner with operators to define business problems and help design analytically-rigorous solutions.
Conduct analyst-driven “deep dives” that explore broad topics and inspire new ways of thinking about our customers & VIP programs.
Communicate analyses and business results to DraftKings’ VIP leadership.
Work cross-functionally across other parts of the VIP organization, other teams dedicated to our Sportsbook, Casino, and Fantasy products, and our Marketing organization.
What you’ll bring
At least 3 years of experience in an Analytics or Data Science role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
Ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks.
Comfortable presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.
Expertise in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Experience with R, Python, or statistical programming languages is a plus.
Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing; model building experience is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 94,100.00 USD - 117,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
