The Crown Is Yours

We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with our Talent Management Team, and Leaders in our customer organization to execute strategies that enable, motivate, and retain our employees. You’ll help evolve the working methods and organizational structure at DraftKings to ensure success as we rapidly grow and scale to meet the incredible opportunity before us. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our People team to support our employees.

What you’ll do as a Human Resources Business Partner

  • Build a partner relationship with management in the organizations that you support.

  • In partnership with the Employee Relations Specialist, handle employee relations initiatives within the teams you support.

  • Drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle in partnership with our Learning and Development team.

  • Identify high-potential employees and advise leaders on strategies and initiatives to ensure their retention and growth.

  • Provide consultation and counsel to leaders and managers on organizational design and structure to optimize business outcomes.

  • Partner with our recruiting team to support the hiring of top talent while working together to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and new hire effectiveness.

  • Leverage data to support program designs and prioritization of people-related initiatives.


What you’ll bring

  • 4 years of experience in HR supporting managers and employees.

  • An analytical and highly detail-oriented approach with a passion for using data to drive decisions and program design.

  • A combination of experience and vision to be instrumental in growing a world-class people function in a high-growth global technology company.

  • Remarkable instincts around human behavior.

  • A willingness to work through change and learn from setbacks while seeing problems as challenges and as a growth opportunity.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 96,000.00 USD - 120,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
