Hexagate’s mission is to make Web3 safe and secure for everyone. Hexagate built a real time security platform for Web3, helping Web3 protocols, dApps, aggregators and service providers to protect their users and funds from theft caused by phishing, scams, fraud and exploits.

💡 Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled crypto native Head of Growth to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through developer relations, strategic partnerships, sales, growth hacking, marketing and thought leadership. The ideal candidate should have high technical and communication abilities.

🙆 Responsibilities

Plan and execute lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
Track and optimize top-of-funnel and partnerships.
Develop strong relationships with Web3 companies, such as Web3 protocols, NFT marketplaces, exchanges, custodians, wallet providers and crypto trading desks.
Attend and speak at industry events to represent Hexagate and showcase our expertise in Web3 security.
Build our brand with crypto customers, communities, partnerships, and social presence to drive organic leads.

🐯 Requirements

An experienced sales or partnerships professional with a focus on Web3 or cybersecurity
Experience in growth hacking, marketing, and strategic relationship building in a sales-led organization
An MBA or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A proven track record of generating qualified leads that converted to deals and increasing revenue
Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem. Technical orientation - a must.
Ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers through excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong writing and verbal skills suitable for pitching, blog posts and public speaking.
Hands-on experience as Web3 developer relationships manager - advantage
Hands-on experience in sales to Web3 protocols, aggregators or service providers - advantage
