About the Role

In your role as a digital designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital platforms.

One of the key aspects of your role is creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites, mobile app and social media.

More responsibilities in detail:

• Build an unforgettable brand experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, landing pages, social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Have the opportunity to own the creative development process of all digital materials.
• Ensure that our branding is consistent and in line with Halogen Capital’s voice, tone and personality.
• Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure that all designs not only resonate with our brand image but also meet usability and website standards.
• Ensure all designs are optimised for various mediums and devices.

What we'll need from you

• 1-3 years experience in digital design or a similar role.
• An extensive portfolio of tried and tested designs that clearly demonstrates your creative flair and passion for design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator), Figma.
• Experience with design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), and Figma.
• Bonus: video editing / motion design skills (CapCut or Adobe After Effects).
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g. ChatGPT, MidJourney etc) and comfortable integrating them into daily workflow.
• Good to have: Interest in personal finance + crypto space
• Accuracy and attention to detail, along with good typography and layout skills.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all channels and ensuring all designs are aligned with our brands guidelines.
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
