Responsibilities

  • Administer the IT helpdesk, including ticket triage, escalation, and resolution, ensuring
  • timely support for 90+ security engineers and staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 technical issues related to hardware, software, and
  • user accounts.
  • Install, configure, and administer software, hardware, and inventory—including laptops
  • and peripherals—throughout their lifecycle.
  • Administer devices to ensure compliance with security policies such as encryption,
  • patching, and endpoint configuration standards.
  • Administer the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, offboarding, and
  • access provisioning.
  • Work closely with the security team to ensure systems and processes meet compliance
  • and assurance standards.
  • Monitor and address ongoing compliance tasks and support external audit readiness.
  • Perform and support internal audits, access reviews, and compliance checks to identify
  • gaps, improve processes, and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Triage and respond to internal incidents, contributing to post-incident reviews and
  • remediations.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation for internal teams and end users,
  • covering systems, procedures, and configurations.

Qualifications

● 2+ Years of Security Engineering or Systems Administrator experience.

● The ability to communicate effectively about cybersecurity, blockchain technologies, and

risk management with stakeholders at all levels.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to quickly learn and digest information

and then apply it.

● Ability to work in a highly adaptable and nimble team environment with responsive

communication.

● Strong passion to learn and work in the blockchain / web3 industry

● Microsoft Workspace administration

● Windows and MacOS

● Endpoint administration & management

● Information Technology Asset Management

● Cloud service management

● Technical support for users

● Create and maintain detailed guides & technical documentation
