Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Tech Lead to join the founding team and head the Protocol technology and architecture design
Build and manage the tech team and create new products
Help design and implement our product together with the Product Team Lead using OKRs, business processes, working frameworks, methodologies, etc.
Be up to date with AI tools and use them to deliver our offering faster and better
Promotes a culture of professionalism where every result matters, and alignment with company goals and values
Qualifications
Minimum 1.5 years working in a crypto/blockchain company/startup
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
Previous experience as VP/CTO/technological founder
Experience in building and leading tech teams
Ability to understand the business side of the project and align business vision and goals with tech
Experience in building teams and projects from scratch
Experience with Blockchain, solidity, Ethereum, and/or smart contracts
Adept in ambiguous situations, flexible, and comfortable making decisions using minimal available data
Experience and understanding of applicable standards, compliance and regulations
Fluent in English communication skills (ability to clearly and coherently state your thoughts and ideas)
Sharp and quick to learn new things, independent enough to suggest and test new hypotheses and solve problems
Strong affinity for building quality software using best practices and software engineering principles
Comfortable with ambiguity; the ability to independently lay out and test clear hypotheses and solve problems
Able to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple commitments with accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
