Who are you?

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you are the backbone of our marketing initiatives, seamlessly blending project management, marketing expertise, and social content creation. This role demands a dynamic individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities, from overseeing campaigns to crafting compelling short-form content. Your enthusiasm for crypto and belief in its potential make you a valuable addition to our team, and while web3 experience is a bonus, a true passion for the space is what we value most.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Oversee and project-manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and in line with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.

Email Campaign Execution:

Roll up your sleeves and build out emails, working from copy and lists to create impactful email campaigns.

Ensure email campaigns are optimized for engagement and aligned with marketing goals.

Marketing Support:

Leverage your basic marketing skills to pinch-hit as an editor/copywriter when needed, contributing to the creation of high-quality marketing collateral.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Social Content Creation:

Take ownership of basic social access to schedule content, ensuring consistent and engaging social media presence.

Craft compelling short-form content that resonates with our audience, aligning with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Requirements

Be decent

2+ years of experience in marketing, community management, operations (web3 experience a huge plus)

Super-detail oriented: you are a task master, a great project manager, able to keep a campaign moving from ideation to execution

You know how to work in an async envirornment; you easily and consistently provide updates in Notion, in project applications, and the like, no one ever wonders what stage the project is in nor what they owe (or what you owe them)

Experience conducting email/CRM marketing campaigns a plus

Good short-form copywriter: you can pinch-hit for social and other shortform copy

Proficiency in managing basic social access, scheduling content, and crafting engaging short-form content for social media platforms.

Genuine interest and belief in the crypto space, showcasing your passion for the industry and its potential impact
