As we scale the business, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us through this next phase of growth.
Our company is globally distributed, offering the opportunity to collaborate with co-workers across the world. This role requires the availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.
We are hiring an Integrations Engineer to be the technical bridge between our customers and platform. You’ll work directly with client engineering teams to support API integrations, resolve issues, and deliver smooth onboarding experiences. This role blends technical troubleshooting with clear communication, ensuring clients succeed with our payments APIs.
What you'll do:
- Guide and support client API integrations, from onboarding to post-launch.
- Debug issues, answer technical questions, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Document solutions and build client-facing resources (guides, FAQs, examples).
- Partner with product/engineering to resolve complex issues and improve APIs.
- Manage integration projects end-to-end, aligning stakeholders and timelines.
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineer, integrations engineer, technical support).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and error handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (technical + non-technical).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in parallel.
- Nice to have
- Spanish/Portuguese fluency • Fintech/payments experience • SQL/Postgres familiarity • Background in software engineering/QA
