The Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic Senior Risk Manger to be a critical architect of our risk management infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in our mission to efficiently onboard merchants while maintaining rock-solid compliance and protecting our financial ecosystem.

Your Impact

As our Senior Risk Manager, you will:

• Become the strategic mastermind behind our risk assessment framework, wielding nuanced decision-making skills to navigate complex, multifaceted risk scenarios with surgical precision
• Conduct comprehensive merchant evaluations across diverse industries and organizational scales, determining strategic fit and potential risk exposure for Coinflow's innovative products
• Execute periodic, deep-dive portfolio reviews to proactively identify emerging risks, potential compliance violations, and strategic opportunities
• Serve as a critical relationship manager, nurturing and maintaining strategic connections with our financial partners
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and refining policies, procedures, and analytical methodologies
• Act as an organizational risk intelligence architect, identifying systemic gaps and collaboratively designing transformative process improvements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in:

• Comprehensive understanding of:

• KYB/KYC compliance requirements
• Proven track record in financial partnership management
• Deep knowledge of payment processing systems and associated risk landscapes
