About This Role

We are currently looking for an established, independent individual contributor to join CoinFLEX as our  Product Manager. This role will be responsible for collaborating with different teams hence building delightful customer facing products. You will be proactive in your approach to dealing with issues and providing solutions where required. This is an opportunity to join a Global team with ambitious goals and apply your skills to a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovative and viable product development strategies and take ownership of the entire process from execution to product launch, and beyond
• Create, execute and manage product roadmap for our development platform
• Prioritize requirements, conduct product requirement documents with clear and detailed plan
• Liaise with technical, business development and other teams to coordinate project progress
• Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met
• Perform market research and analysis
• Manages specific features within a product line; 
• Responsible for providing secured, easy-accessing, reliable tools or infrastructures to developers across the world

• Bachelor degree in computer science, business, finance, economics or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills; motivated to work hard in a collaborative team environment
