Growth Lead - Go‑to‑Market
Civic
Civic builds privacy‑first identity and authentication infrastructure for the AI age. Our flagship Civic Auth platform lets developers weave secure, tokenized identity flows into AI Agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, 3rd party integrations and similar applications with minimal code. We move fast, run lean experiments, and iterate across multiple verticals to discover product‑market fit.
Role SummaryAs the Growth Lead at Civic, you will design, run, and analyze rapid GTM experiments that validate demand for AI‑powered authentication products, sharpen our messaging, and drive early adoption. You’ll own the feedback loop between users and product, stand up the tooling needed for data‑driven decisions, and help Civic sprint from 0 → 1 and beyond.
This person will be part of the Go-To-Market team.

- Drive the Product Feedback Loop – Translate qualitative insights and quantitative metrics into actionable product and positioning changes; partner closely with Product & Engineering.
- Craft Messaging & Product Marketing – Develop concise narratives and collateral that resonate with technical and business buyers.
- Execute Targeted Outreach & Campaigns – Deploy micro‑campaigns (email, community drops, sponsored posts etc.) to reach narrow ICP slices; manage a lean paid budget.

- Proven EIR‑style operator who has guided startups through pivots or expansions into new markets.
- Deep understanding of AI Agents and agentic AI concepts, MCP architectures, data products, and product‑led growth.
- Experience coding with LLMs (GPT‑4, Claude, etc.) and setting up the surrounding tooling and infrastructure for rapid experimentation.
- Background in usage‑based SaaS or API products, ideally running marketing for API services.
- Fluency in experiment design, cohort analysis, and statistical significance.
- Self‑starter with low ego, bias for speed to validated learning, and comfort with ambiguity.
